While shopping for a new vehicle, I used the Oak Ridge Nissan site to value my trade and get pre-approved. The sales people were in communication and scheduled a time for me to come in to test drive the vehicle I wanted. The sales process was painless and quick compared to my experiences with other dealerships in the area.

Jersey was very helpful and polite! We never once felt pressured. They discussed what our budget was first and then only showed vehicles within that budget. Overall it was a very welcoming and relax atmosphere.
